I use a variety of skills to fit the need of each individual client. Among these skills are Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Reiki, Alchemical Alignment as well as swedish and deep tissue massage. Each modality stands alone and can be supportive to your system. They can also be used in combination with each other for a Process Oriented Bodywork session.

I offer distance work via phone sessions for Somatic Experiencing and energy work.
