Investing in bodywork is an investment in your health.

I use a variety of skills to fit the need of each individual client. Among these skills are Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Reiki, Alchemical Alignment as well as swedish massage. I do not offer deep tissue massage. Each modality stands alone and can be supportive to your system. They can also be used in combination with each other for a Process Oriented Bodywork session.

I offer distance work via phone sessions for Somatic Experiencing and energy work.

I accept payment by cash, check, and Zelle.
